Orders

Choose your finish (black, white or gold) and shape (round or square), add the lamp to your cart, and proceed to checkout to enter your delivery address and payment details. Prices are shown in your local currency based on your country, and our lamps start from around €69.95.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, and you can follow it any time on our Order Tracking page.

We process orders quickly, usually within 1-2 business days, so changes and cancellations are only possible while your order hasn't been processed or dispatched yet. Please contact us immediately at info@scandiglobe.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it. You can still return eligible items after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information, where available. You can check the status of your delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Please allow a little time after dispatch for the first tracking updates to appear. If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, contact us and we'll help investigate.

First, check your tracking information on our Order Tracking page. Total estimated delivery is usually 6-10 business days, including order processing and shipping.

Delivery can occasionally take longer during public holidays, peak periods, or carrier delays, which are outside our control. If the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us at info@scandiglobe.com. Customers in Germany and the EU may set a reasonable grace period for delivery; if delivery still doesn't occur within that period, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, with a primary focus on Germany and the broader European Union. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre and routed to your destination via our trusted carrier network, fully insured with DHL.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions. The carrier used may vary depending on your delivery address and the most efficient shipping route available.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany and the United States. During peak periods or in the event of carrier delays, delivery times may occasionally be longer.

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, and your order is fully insured in transit with DHL.

Our order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (CET), Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. The cut-off time determines when processing begins and does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

For customers within Germany and the EU, applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout where required by law, and no additional import duties apply for EU-destined orders where VAT is collected at the point of sale.

For customers outside the EU, your order may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

If you need to update your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at info@scandiglobe.com. We'll do our best to accommodate the change, but can't guarantee updates once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If a package can't be delivered (for example, an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect), return and re-shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund. We'll always notify you before any deduction is made.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us at info@scandiglobe.com with your order number and tracking information.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you only upon physical delivery of the goods. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we'll review the tracking, contact the carrier where needed, and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Returns & Refunds

Need to return an item?

Register your return in our returns portal with your order number. If your item arrived damaged or defective, add a photo or video. We'll review it and email you the approval and correct return address. Please don't send anything back before then.

Start a return

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, beyond the statutory 14-day EU withdrawal right (Widerrufsrecht), which we voluntarily extend as a commercial gesture.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original labels, accessories, and packaging intact. Scandiglobe is operated by Witteveen E-commerce LLC, and your mandatory rights under German and EU consumer law always remain unaffected.

  1. Open our returns portal and register your return using your order number.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  3. For a damaged or defective item, add the requested photo or video evidence.
  4. Once your return is approved, we'll email you the correct return address and further instructions. You can also email info@scandiglobe.com if you'd rather arrange it by email.
Do not send any items back before receiving approval and the return address from us. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

All returns are sent to our return warehouse in the Netherlands. Once your return is approved, we'll email you the full return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We don't provide prepaid return labels, and you may use any courier you prefer. Please pack the item securely; we're not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.

If your item is confirmed faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we'll arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

We'll notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected. Processing times at your bank vary by provider and are outside our control.

It's your choice. You can receive your refund as a credit to your original payment method, or as store credit, just let us know your preference when you arrange the return. Your statutory rights to a refund where required by law are always respected.

For a confirmed defect, we'll arrange a free replacement, or a refund where a replacement isn't possible. If applicable consumer law gives you additional rights, we'll honour those rights.

Contact us at info@scandiglobe.com with your order number, and a photo of the package contents where relevant.

Once the issue is confirmed, we'll always arrange a reshipment or replacement at no additional cost to you.

The change-of-mind return policy does not apply to:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery beyond what is necessary to inspect the product;
  • Items returned without their original packaging or labels;
  • Custom-made or personalised items, unless the item is defective;
  • Items where only the outer packaging was damaged during transit and the ceiling light itself is intact.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

We make minimalist Scandinavian ceiling lights, round and square, in black, white, and gold. Every lamp gives soft, diffused light designed to flatter the room around it.

Yes. Every ScandiGlobe lamp is fully dimmable using its included wireless remote, so you can shift from bright and functional during the day to soft and relaxing in the evening.

Yes. Every lamp is covered by a comprehensive 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and electrical components. This sits alongside the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (Gewährleistung) that applies under EU law for two years from delivery.

Most lamps are fitted in about fifteen minutes. They're made to mount cleanly to a standard ceiling point, no rewiring half the house, with everything you need in the box.
