Is there a minimum order?

What are your lead times and shipping?
Orders are processed within 0-1 business day. The total estimated delivery time is usually 6–10 business days for Germany, the Netherlands, and other European countries, and 8–13 business days for the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and other selected international destinations.
What sizes do the lights come in?
Our ceiling lights come in a range of diameters, from around 20 cm up to 60 cm, with a larger 90 cm option on select designs, so you can match the right scale to each space. Available sizes vary by design; tell us the rooms or ceiling heights in your enquiry and we'll recommend options.
Are the lights dimmable, and what's included?
Yes. Every ScandiGlobe ceiling light comes with an included remote dimmer, so you can shift from bright and functional during the day to soft and relaxing in the evening, which is useful across hospitality and retail spaces.
Do the lamps come with a warranty?
Yes. Every lamp is covered by a comprehensive 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and electrical components. This sits alongside the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (Gewährleistung) that applies under EU law for two years from delivery.
Which designs and finishes are available?
Our ceiling lights come in several designs, including Round, Square, Double Ring and Armure, in white, black, gold and blue finishes, each dimmable with an included remote. Prices start from around €99.95, and trade pricing applies on bulk orders.
Do you ship internationally and to a project address?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre, with a primary focus on Germany and the European Union, free and fully insured with DHL, and can deliver to a project or site address. For EU orders, VAT is shown at checkout where required and no additional import duties apply. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
What's the returns policy for business orders?
You can return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Returns are sent to our return warehouse in the Netherlands once approved, so please don't ship anything back before we've emailed you the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Which payment methods and currency do you use?
