¿Esta lámpara es regulable?
No, esta lámpara no es regulable. La enciendes y la apagas con el interruptor de pared de siempre, así que no necesitas ningún regulador.
¿Es compatible con mi instalación eléctrica actual?
Sí. Cada lámpara se conecta a un punto de luz estándar de techo o de pared de 110–240 V, con el mismo cableado que cualquier lámpara convencional. Si sabes cambiar una bombilla, sabrás instalarla. No hay que tocar el cableado y, en la mayoría de los hogares, tampoco hace falta electricista. El manual de instalación completo viene en la caja.
¿Cuánto tiempo lleva la instalación?
Unos 15 minutos. La lámpara se monta en tu punto de luz actual de techo o de pared y se incluye todo el material necesario, así que no hacen falta herramientas especiales ni montajes complicados.
¿De qué color es la luz?
Tres tonos de luz en una sola lámpara: blanco cálido, blanco neutro y blanco frío. Cambia de uno a otro con el interruptor de pared de siempre, desde una luz acogedora para la noche hasta una luz clara y brillante para cocinar o trabajar.
¿Cuánto cuesta el envío y cuánto tarda?
El envío es gratuito y está totalmente asegurado en todos los pedidos, con seguimiento de DHL y salida en un plazo de 24 horas
¿Qué cubre la garantía?
Todas las lámparas ScandiGlobe tienen 2 años de garantía frente a defectos de fabricación y fallos del LED. Si algo deja de funcionar con un uso normal en esos dos años, te enviamos un recambio gratis, sin gastos de envío. Solo tienes que enviarnos un email con tu número de pedido y una breve descripción.
¿Puedo devolverla si no me convence?
Sí. Tienes 30 días desde la entrega para devolver tu lámpara y recibir el reembolso íntegro. Si tiene algún defecto o llega dañada, nosotros corremos con los gastos de envío de la devolución. Si la devuelves porque has cambiado de opinión, debe estar sin usar y en su embalaje original. Envía un correo electrónico a nuestro equipo de atención al cliente y te mandaremos las instrucciones en un plazo de 48 horas.
¿Es seguro usarla en la cocina o en el baño?
Sí, en cocinas y zonas de estar en general. En el baño, instálala en una zona seca, sin contacto directo con el agua, como se recomienda habitualmente para la iluminación de interior.
